The graphics were amazing and the characters semmed real!! I had so much fun playing this game that I was glued to it and couldnt get off.On the battle of The Dark Lord Sauron, use Morgul Decay just like was done on the Witch King. I played this game at my best friends house and was totally blown away. I guess some people like it because of the license - but if it werent LOTR I am pretty certain no one would care about this at all. The entire game was so boring that I quit about halfway through deciding that twiddling my thumbs would be more exciting. The story is painfully weak with no real sense of accomplishment or progression. The "upgrades" dont seem to have much importance to anything - nor is there any special quest or fun to get them - such as they are. The battles are completely uneventful - one after another until the game ends - I suppose. The ability to customize in any meaningful way is pracitcally non-existant. I read the user reviews and decided to take a chance that this would be good. The game is very good in terms in alot of things but the 1 thing that defines it is the fact you can play all 3 episodes in ONE GAME! you get a scence of feeling,emotion and combat.the combat systam is origanal,simple and most of all good.the one backfall is that you are not in th main events of the movies.if you where this whould blow your mind off and out.īy oliver garner (gramtham,linconshire,england) this is a close second, a good game to sit back and enjoy. from Brazil.Ī great game, nice to play new characters. I don´t take my chances saying this is the best thing after FF, because, let´s face it, Final Fantasy is almost religion to those RPG-fanatics me included, but it is a true, honest, fun to play game nevertheless.

The only bad thing about this marvelous RPG is the fact that it is just to short. You will love to develop your party and will feel as if your were part of the whole scenario, with Gandalf original voice by sir Ian McAllen telling you about the facts and events.
It is amazing to see your warriors going from rough old clothes into glowing, brand new Gondorian chest-plates, Dwarven axes, elven tiaras and so on. It has a good plot kind of a parallel aproach to the original Fellowship-Towers-King story, good characters, great tradicional turn-based gameplay and detail to each individual piece of equipment, armor, weapon and all. It is, without doubt, a fine, elegant game. Well, I have few words about this new entry on the LOTR game series. You have to join strategy with action, if you fo it, you win the game. There are no words to say the fantastic game it is.
